It took just six minutes, and came from a player who went undrafted.

Case McCoy, the former Texas quarterback was referring to ESPN's coverage of Sam's reaction to being selected, specifically, when Sam was showing on TV kissing his boyfriend, which took place at roughly 7:05 p.m. ET, five minutes after the pick became official and a minute before McCoy sent out his tweet.

This was bound to happen. Not everybody is accepting of this. But it's ironic that it came from McCoy, a Texas player.

Why?

Because for the first time since 1937, not a single player from the University of Texas was drafted.
